Very well put, Carol, truly! :) In our evere-more-distant past, a community or tribe’s elders were protected, cherished and revered for their wisdom and knowledge. While I am no young thing myself—now 45–I am both saddened and shocked with a society that glorifies youth and all it’s concomitant immaturity as the be-all-end-all. Wondeful read!
